It's La Time of LMFAO

Coming in with two catchy remixes to La La La in LMFAO's Party Rock album. Death To The Throne and Terror Dactel both add a good mix to this song which made it a little bit better. I couldn't really decide which one to post so heres both. People usually say that nothing can be better than the original, but i think we can make an exception for this one.

La La La (Death To The Throne Remix) - LMFAO

La La La (Terror Dactel Remix) - LMFAO

Till Next Time,

There's A T-Pain In My Closet.. HAH

What would Shakira's "She Wolf" be without it's remixes? Here's the latest one by T-Pain and I just like the part where he comes into the song. There's not much to say about this but check it out yourself.

All Night Long: Mightyfools Remix

This time, Mightyfools have decided to morph Lionel Richie's 'All Night Long' into a whole new song built for the electro dance generation. Obviously, it has an intense beat and a nice little clip of lyrics with an effect over Lionel's voice. Have patience, you know the Mightyfools..

All Night Long (Mightyfools Remix) - Lionel Richie

The Thrill

Simply sick, check it out now. Kids At The Bar remixes Empire Of The Sun's, Walking On A Dream.

Empire Of The Sun (Kids At The Bar Remix) - Walking On A Dream

The World Is Really His.

I hope I don't need any introduction for David Guetta, hands down, my favorite DJ, and also many others. He's known as one of the better French DJ's out there, he also produced " I Got A Feeling", no biggie though. Recently coming out with a new remix, for all of us, so enjoy.

The World Is Mine (South Sounders Remix) - David Guetta

So basically one of my favorite blogs out there, Infospotny basically takes the top 20 and puts a mix on it. They came out with another remix today, so check out their channel on youtube for their latest music.

World Of Love: John Dahlbäck

Straight up, this song is just amazing, best I've herd in a while. In fact, I even bought it because I liked it so much. Well like I buy all my music but yeah... Anyways, John Dahlbäck, is a Swedish house producer who is very under rated I find. He is the owner and founder of Pickadoll Records, with releases by, apart from his own work, artists like Sebastien Leger and Dada Life. I did not know this much about Dahlbäck before this song, but I'm defiantly down. Anyway, I have the original 'World Of Love' for you to check out along with a club mix which seems to be more popular, I like them both.

You got me...

(You gotta be a bit obsessed, at least!)
So basically, I was in the car and heard this song pop up and absolutely feined it, so I searched the web for a while and finally found it, I have no idea who mixed it so sorry bout that. But enjoy the song.

Cudi Interview The Morning His Album Came Out!

DJ Booth.net interviews Kid Cudi about his album the day it came out.
Listen to the interview here:
DJ Booth.net - Kid Cudi Interview (Album Debut)

Punk goes Crunk goes Techno!

Just a boy with a dream, All Time Low's Alex Gaskarth lyrics have now been matched with a dance beat. Not going to lie, I'm defiantly a fan of this song but it took me a few listens. I have for you here "Poppin' Champagne" originally by All Time Low but remixed and made into a techno song. This song almost makes me want to get into All Time Low, but it takes me a lot to like punk-pop bands nowadays.

Poppin' Champagne (Dance Remix) - All Time Low

Try To Slow Down

With Michael Mind doing his thing, he remixed another great song which I had to show. He's definetly worth checking out, he made a few songs already which topped the German music charts, so feel free to check out his myspace. He usually mixes his things with a "House" touch so enjoy.

Mike All Mighty

I was never into 'Smells Like Teen Spirit' remakes or mash ups, but for you Nirvana fans out there, this one did not kill the song I promise! I've listened to many in that past that weren't very good but I suggest you give this one a try. The background is 'I'm Not Alone' by Calvin Harris which is great, which is mixed in with Kurt Cobain's interesting vocals. It's one of those songs where you like it, not too the fullest but you download it anyways and listen to the first minute or so while finding another song to play.. do you know what I'm saying?

Persuit Of Happiness: Team EZY Remix

Honestly, I'm a huge fan of Cudi, and when I first saw the link to this song I was afraid to click it. Anyways, it turned out being impressive and I definatly underestimated Team EZY on this one. The remix is more along the lines of a Dub remix but still good. It defiantly does not ruin the song, and trust me, I've herd songs totally die by people trying to remix them.. Some songs are just better as is ya know? All in all, check this out:

Pursuit Of Happiness (Team EZY Remix) - KiD CuDi

I make the "D's" in Kid Cudi capitals... That's still legit right?

Black And Blue Still Makes.....Miike Snow?

Just as you though Miike Snow's hit album couldn't get any better, Savage Skulls decided to tweak things around a little. Black & Blue, a fairly popular song just got a whole lot better with a brand new style to it. Savage Skulls kept the basics, but with their boomjack expertise, they produced a dopy ass song.

Miike Snow - Black & Blue

Miike Snow - Black & Blue (Savage Skulls Remix)

Goodnight or Goodmorning...

Just Wanting To Take Off

Sup yo, as I'm sure, I need no introduction for Mr.West coming out with Supernova not long ago. And yes fellas, this song is getting better. With a new kid coming in town, Ash Thomas, we may all thank you soon enough.

Mellony: You And Me

This is an all around solid track that I found a couple of days ago. Mellony is a House artist from Sweden with other popular hits.

You and Me (Andy Harding Radio mix) - Mellony

Will Stain Clothes, Will Sound Spectacular.

The song's called 'Mars' originally by the artist Fake Blood from the U-K. This is a track with so many remixes I couldn't even get through them all. I managed to pull out these two which are really great.

Mars (Trumpdisco Remix) - Fake Blood

Mars (Dave Nada Hood Mix) - Fake Blood

Get The Fuck Back!

Looking for some remixes the other day and I spotted 'Move Bitch' remixed by Disco Villains. As you may know, Disco Villains really intensify their remixes and I know you have to be in some sort of mood/state of mind to be able to listen to their entire songs, especially this one. Check it out anyway, not so special but it's fun. I also threw in a 'We Are Your Friends' remix and it's also crazy.

This Song Makes Me Feel Like A Million Doller Bill

My mom is a huge fan of Whitney Houston and we were listening to her new album in the car today and the first track on it was sick! Honestly, I'm a fan of old disco music, especially remixes to them. 'Million Dollar Bill' is the first song off Whitney's new album and the second I herd it I knew there would be a sick remix to it.

After The Love: PH Elektro Remix

I picked up this track a few days ago and it's probably one of my favorite song to blast on my turn tables. The original is dope, but PH Elektro adds a sick bass kick. 'After The Love' is a smashing hit by R.I.O and this remix is simply great.

I'm Not Alone: Deadmau5 Remix

Honestly, one of the sickest tracks I've herd in a while. I'm really feeling this. Deadmau5 remixes Calvin Harris' massive hit 'I'm Not Alone' and it's fucking amazing.

Comme Des Garcons Meets Converse!

The newest converse collaboration was announced this morning and it' going to be sick! Comme Des Garcons is coming together with converse to make the new shoes which will be launching at the end of the month. Rei Kawakubo created the design, using Chuck Taylor silhouettes from the 50's (originally produced for the U.S. Military. These are defiantly going to be a hit.

Put The Blame On Me She Sayz

One of my new favorite songs. This is truly amazing! Andy Harding makes it big with this song as he shows what he has. A boom intense beat with an amazing voice. Check it out RIGHT NOW.

Alex Sayz - Blame On Me (Andy Harding Remix)

Blue Print 3: Album Cover In The Making

Keep It Rocking.

Sup yo, as a new writer for the blog, ill be adding posts daily and for my first one, I'll be adding a pretty old remix, but its still tight. Just when everyone thought Lil Wayne couldn't get better, Infospotny put a wicked beat to the song to let it rock even harder.

Young Bo$$

Here we go with a little David Rush (a.k.a Young Bo$$) song called "Suicide Watch'. Came across this while browsing... Pretty deep song but very solid.

Suicide Watch - David Rush

Lupe, So Fresh

Lupe Fiasco out with another hit with a sort of dance beat as the background. The track is called 'This Is For My Niggas' (pardon my swag) and it's a pretty sweet track. I'm missing his old stuff though I won't lie. Lupe's new album Lasers (Love Always Shines Every time Remember 2 Smile) is coming out soon and I'm pretty excited.

This Is For My Niggas - Lupe Fiasco

The Knocks!

I don't know why, but I'm really into remixes of Passion Pit songs. I decided to look around for some a few nights ago to add to my library and I found 'Sleepyhead' remixed by The knocks. I'm pretty into this one, but then again I'm not that picky when it comes to remixes. Along with the Passion Pit remix I decided to post a hit single by The Knocks which some of you may know, 'Can't Shake Your Love'. I decided to throw in some other remixes because it seemed appropriate, Wale's 'Chillin' has a dope remix, enjoy! I herd these guys will start making beats for newer rappers, Kid Cudi maybe?

Sleepyhead (The Knocks Remix) - Passion Pit

Can't Shake Your Love - The Knocks

Chillin' (The Knocks Remix) - Wale Ft. Lady GaGa

We Have A New Comer!

Hello Schiaff The Past followers! I'd like to announce that we now have a new blogger on our team. His name is Dyl Weiss and is a close friend of mine into all types of music but specializes in genres along the lines of Techno and Hip-Hop. Dyl is a music friend like the rest of us here at S.T.P and we are glad to have him on board. Tomorrow is his first official day and I'm sure he'll type up a little bit about himself. It's safe to say that this blog is coming along nicely, and we now have Dyl to help.

Peace Everyone.

Anthony Salvo & Zanny Mashaal

R@@@ & Tassnata

I found this track a while ago, but I couldn't find the download anywhere! I finally decided to send an e-mail to the guy who posted it and he sent it right to me. I was pretty into it. It's a sick remix of Ratatat's hit song 'Loud Pipes' with Tassnata's lyrics over it. It flows nicely.

Jack Beats: Get Down

This is a song that I busted out a lot during the summer and I've decided to post it. You may know Jack Beats from remixes and everything, but here's a sick track with a huge beat! It has a dope build up too.

Get Down - Jack Beats

Foamo Dubstep remix of "I'm In Love" by Dub Pistols. Boom song when you just want to hang back and relax.

Nero Styles

I was feeling Dubstep today and seeing as Nero is one of my favorites I thought why not post him. I found some dope ass tracks by him, one of them specifically I'm in love with ('I'm In Too Deep'). They're all great though, but very different. Shaolin Style is for when your really feeling a heavy bass kick. Enjoy.

I'm In Too Deep - Nero

Shaolin Style (Nero Remix) - Bar 9

Dressed To Digress (Nero Remix) - Boy Crisis

Daft Punk: The Game!

I saw this just before the summer, and I saved the link somewhere on my computer and I just found it and forgot how fun this game is! It's based on Daft Punk and it's very simple. Make sure you turn up your sound, it's the best part.

Play The Daft Punk Game!

Ce Jeu: Tepr Remix

Just remembered this one, a few posts ago I told you all that I herd some sick tracks during my trip to NYC, and this was one of them. It was sick, me and a good friend of mine just jamming out in his apartment. No homo... Anyways, it's a Yelle Remix, very French, but it's boom! It has it all, the sick beat, the high pitched vocals that I love, just makes you feel good.

Ce Jeu (Tepr Remix) - Yelle

Invaders Must Die!

English electronic band The Prodigy came out with huge beats off their newest album in 2008. The album was co-produced by 'Does It Offend You, Yeah?'. I found a legit remix of Invaders Must Die which is the hit of their album. Check it.

Invaders Must Die (Dan Oh Remix) - The Prodigy

Lupe goes indie? Everybody relax.

Yo everyone, I was away for the long weekend and was overloaded with work when I got home, which is why I haven't posted anything recently. I apologize. I have some pretty good news though, but first, I was in New York at a party and the DJ busted out a mash-up of Madonna's 'Like A Prayer' and Mobin Masters 'Show Me Love'! Honestly, it was the sickest track ever! Oh my shit it was so boom ahhh! SOOO I got home and looked EVERYWHERE for it and I couldn't find it. I ask you readers out there, if you find this song, PLEASE let me know, I'm sure my e-mail is on here somewhere or comment on the post.

Ok back to business. I read somewhere that Lupe Fiasco has another side project and I looked into it. It turns out Japanese Cartoon is Lupe Fiasco’s indie side project. It's pretty intense and I'm not such a fan, but I'll make exceptions for Lupe. Check these out.

You Can Feel The Pain, It All Comes Spilling Out Like I Hit A Vein

Fear, Drake's new hit is the boomdub. You could tell these lyrics were straight from his heart. I am not that big of a Drake fan but this song is one of my favorites.

Fear (Ft. DJ Khalil) - Drake

Motha Fucka Thats Ill!

The usually Matt & Kim's Daylight Remixes do not match up to this one. So far, this one has topped all of them. Instead of just Matt & Kim, De La Soul added in his expertise rap skills and rocked the show.

Daylight (Troublemaker Remix) - Matt & Kim (Feat. De La Soul)

XV & P-P-P-Posnerrrrrrr

As usual, Mike Posner does his thing while XV kills it. Mirrors Edge is a extremely dope and chill song which should be recognized as gold. Fast paced rap but then slowed down with Posner's chorus. Check this shit!'

XV Feat Mike Posner - Mirrors Edge

You Better BE Satisfied!

So I have some tracks here that a found a while back, maybe before the summer, and I enjoy them, but many people I've shown aren't exactly fans. Laidback Luke meets Robin S, Steve Angello, and Benni Benassi. Big names I know, but the original songs are mixed with Laidback Luke's big hit 'Be'. This can be a little hard on listeners who don't have much patience with techno and enjoy quick build up at the beginning, but I'll give it a try!

Be Vs. Show Me Love (Ft. Laidback Luke) - Robin S

Be Vs. Satisfaction (Ft. Laidback Luke) - Benny Benassi

Nero In The Middle Of The Streets

Honestly, I'm a big Nero fan and I always try my best to listen to his new tracks. This one's fairly new and I'm loving it. It gives you that typical Dubstep bass kick and the echoed vocals just the way I like it. You'll find Nero doing a lot of remixes to songs from the streets and I'm not so sure why but they're boom! Maybe there's a remix album...

In the Middle (Nero Remix) - The Streets

Lifelike On The Shore

I'm sure this song sounds familiar to all of those who are fans of HBO's Entourage because it was in the credits a few weeks ago. Well actually, the original version was in it, but I found a dope remix to it. I wouldn't call it house, but it's defiantly "different". Standing on the shore is one of Empire of the sun's best hit singles.

Standing On The Shore (Lifelike Remix) - Empire Of The Sun

Say You Will

I honestly find that the beat to say you will (originally off Kanye West's latest album '808s And Heartbrake') brings out everything in a rapper. Literally, when rappers freestyle or do a cover over this beat, I find they let everything out. It is said that Drake really exploded in his version of Say You Will (off the 'So Far Gone' mixtape), and even Kanye's original version brought out a whole new side of the rapper. I recently found a Trey Songz cover to it, and it really is great and worth a listen.

Say What's Real - Trey Songz
